General rental conditions

Article 1. (Purpose and use)
The property is rented exclusively to meet temporary housing needs for tourism purposes.
Article 2. (Delivery of the property)
The delivery of the keys, after payment of the amount due, will take place at the Home Res Srl office in via Firenze 8, Jesolo. The balance can be paid in cash (within the limits of the law), by card, debit card or bank transfer (credited 5 days before arrival). Checks are not accepted.
Article 3. (Security deposit)
Upon delivery of the keys, a security deposit of € 250.00 will be required, which will be returned within 7 days of departure by bank transfer, after checking the cleanliness, furnishings and accessories. Any damage will be charged later.
Article 4. (Return of the property)
The customer is required to return the property clean, tidy and without personal objects or waste, under penalty of compensation for damages. No amount will be refunded in case of early return.
Article 5. (Rules of conduct)
The customer undertakes to take care of the property and the common areas, assuming custody starting from the collection of the keys. Only the people indicated at check-in may stay and the customer must maintain respectful behavior. Exceeding the number of guests or disturbing the peace will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
