General rental conditions

Article 1. (Purpose and Use)
The property is rented exclusively for temporary residential purposes for tourism purposes.
Article 2. (Property Handover)
The keys, after payment of the balance due, will be handed over to the Home Res Srl office at Via Firenze 8, Jesolo. The balance can be paid in cash (within the legal limits), by card, debit card, or bank transfer (credited 5 days before arrival). Checks are not accepted.
Article 3. (Security Deposit)
Upon key collection, a security deposit of €250.00 will be required. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure via bank transfer, after the cleanliness, furnishings, and accessories have been inspected. Any damages will be charged subsequently.
Article 4. (Property Return)
The guest is required to return the property clean, tidy, and free of personal items or waste, under penalty of compensation for damages. No refund will be given for early departures.
Article 5. (Rules of Conduct)
The guest undertakes to take care of the property and common areas, assuming custody from the moment they receive the keys. Only the guests indicated at check-in may stay, and the guest must maintain respectful behavior. Exceeding the maximum number of guests or disturbing the peace will result in immediate termination of the contract.
