The apartment includes a reserved parking space, a beach spot with an umbrella and two loungers or deck chairs, as well as air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The beach service is available from May 15th to September 15th.

The apartment is available for rent with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Check-in is allowed every day of the week, except Sunday.

  • In case of cancellation, the agency will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

General rental conditions

Article 1. (Purpose and Use)
The property is rented exclusively to meet temporary housing needs for tourism purposes.
Article 2. (Property Handover)
The keys will be handed over at the Home Res Srl office, located at Via Firenze 8, Jesolo, upon full payment of the amount due. Payment can be made in cash (within legal limits), by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer (credited at least 5 days before arrival). Checks are not accepted.
Article 3. (Security Deposit)
Upon key collection, a security deposit of €150.00 is required. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure via bank transfer, following an inspection of cleanliness, furnishings, and accessories. Any damages will be charged subsequently.
Article 4. (Property Return)
The client must return the property clean, tidy, and free of personal belongings or waste, otherwise compensation for damages will be required. No refund will be given in case of early departure.
Article 5. (Rules of Conduct)
The client agrees to take care of the property and common areas, assuming responsibility from the moment the keys are collected. Only the persons registered at check-in may stay in the apartment, and the client must behave respectfully. Exceeding the number of allowed guests or causing disturbances will result in immediate termination of the contract.
